Our Mission

Capstone Properties seeks to share the value it helps to produce,

as it has for over 30 years, in commercial real estate properties

for its members, investors, tenants, and tenant owners, through

creative solutions to complex opportunities.

a tested structure which Capstone considers proprietary.

a cash investment in the real estate they occupy.

leaseback of tax exempt (e.g., not-for-profit healthcare, schools,
